Alex Lai

Chartered Accountant

Alex is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) from UNSW. She worked as an accounting/ finance intern at both the UNSW Finance Department and the UNSW Foundation before joining Waterhouse Chartered Accountants in late 2016.

She is a strong team player who is learning new skills every day; she loves being in a vibrant workplace and handling the day-to-day challenges her job brings. She gets real job satisfaction from the work she is doing and looks to take on more responsibility and build her career with the company.

Outside of work Alex is very active outdoors, enjoying badminton and table tennis and exhibiting some real skills with a frisbee. Her indoor interests are musical - she plays both piano and violin.
